“Quicksand borrows the wind from the nine skies, and instantly passes through the streets to the west and east”, Nanjing Shinkai Powder Pneumatic Conveying Equipment is worth your possession!

With the rapid development of science and technology, the demand for powder in industrial manufacturing is increasing, as one of the powder conveying methods, pneumatic conveying, is to use gas as a carrier to realize the fluidization of powder, so as to make it have the liquid-like flow properties, so as to improve the effectiveness of powder transportation. This method is characterized by high efficiency and stability, environmental friendliness, flexible layout, etc. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, new energy and other industries.
Pneumatic conveying is categorized according to two states [1][2][3][4], which are the state of pressure in the pipeline and the state of particle flow:

  1. Classified according to the pressure state
    Negative pressure pneumatic conveying (Vacuum Conveying) adopts the vacuum pump and so on as the power source, pumps the material at the end of the pipeline, so that negative pressure is formed in the pipeline, so that the material is sucked into the conveying system with the airflow.
    ➷ For short distance, small capacity conveying;
    ➷ For multi-point to single-point centralized conveying;
    ➷ Negative pressure in the pipe without dust leakage;
    ➷ Can be a certain degree of drying and cooling of materials. Positive pressure pneumatic conveying (Pressure conveying) the use of air compressors or Roots blowers in the starting point of conveying gas, providing positive pressure to promote the material along the pipeline conveying.
    ➷ For single-point to multi-point dispersed conveying;
    ➷ For long-distance, large-capacity conveying;
    ➷ System sealing requirements are high, to prevent dust leakage;
    ➷ Can be a combination of dilute-phase or dense-phase conveying methods.
  1. According to the flow state classification
    Dilute Phase Pneumatic Conveying (Dilute Phase Pneumatic Conveying) using high-speed gas in the pipeline (about 20~40m/s) will be dispersed with each other, powder and granular materials suspended in the gas flow for conveying, the solid gas ratio is low.
    ➷ Fast conveying speed and long distance;
    ➷ Higher energy consumption and high wear and tear on materials;
    ➷ Suitable for light and non-abrasive materials;
    ➷ Can be used with positive or negative pressure system.
    Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying (Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying) using high-pressure gas pressure to send materials, conveying speed less than 10 m/s, gas source pressure up to 0.7MPa, so that the material particles to form a group flow or embolism flow, relying on the static pressure of the gas to promote the powder to move forward, the solid-gas ratio is high.
    ➷ Able to realize longer distance and larger quantity conveying;
    ➷ Lower energy consumption, less wear and tear on the material;
    ➷ Suitable for fragile, high-density materials;
    ➷ Relatively complex structure of the equipment.
