Le gaz de transport est le N2 ou le CO2, normalement, la partie la plus importante est la force de charbon pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9 et le syst\u00e8me de transport dans cette technologie. Cela entra\u00eenera un probl\u00e8me de pontage en raison du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d&#8217;adh\u00e9rence inattentive des particules solides dans les milieux gazeux. Le tuyau est facilement bloqu\u00e9 et le mat\u00e9riau n&#8217;est pas transport\u00e9 en douceur en raison de la poudre de charbon accumul\u00e9e sous haute pression, de sorte que nous ajoutons un dispositif d\u2019\u00e9puration du tuyau dans le pipeline de transport afin de r\u00e9soudre efficacement ce probl\u00e8me. La raison en est que le gaz forme un film uniforme \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de la paroi du dispositif de purge et que la poudre se pr\u00e9sente comme un \u00e9tat suspendu et fluidis\u00e9. Ainsi, il peut s&#8217;\u00e9couler en douceur dans le prochain tuyau et \u00e9viter l&#8217;accumulation de poudre afin d&#8217;augmenter l&#8217;effet de transport lorsque le gaz p\u00e9n\u00e8tre \u00e0 travers le dispositif d\u2019\u00e9puration \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur des micropores.<br \/>Les syst\u00e8mes Shinkai peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes locaux d&#8217;agglom\u00e9ration ou de d\u00e9charge, ou pour des applications de fluidisation de grande surface. Les syst\u00e8mes peuvent en outre fonctionner comme des lits de m\u00e9lange ou d&#8217;homog\u00e9n\u00e9isation, \u00e9vitant ainsi le besoin d&#8217;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de d\u00e9charge
